The staff are really helpful. The location is favourable and marvellous, in the middle of jackson. Also it is close to Very near the bus stop, and a taxi to galway city. This is a hotel go-to for Galway!

The units at The Westwood Apartments were absolutely amazing! The seating area with a cozy flat-screen TV made us feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area was perfect for cooking meals with the family. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing rainfall showerhead. I loved the convenience of having a toaster, electric kettle, and dishwasher in the apartment. Plus, the parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the space.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the microwave in the apartment. But hey, that's just my taste!

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Galway that offered clean and secure bedrooms. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride or bus journey into town, or a leisurely 30-minute walk. There was even a convenient supermarket right at the gate. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities, which made it great value for money. The helpful staff made sure our check-in process was smooth and their office was open till late, providing excellent service. Onsite parking was available, although it required a separate payment to a parking company.
The apartment lacked air conditioning, and during our visit in a warm spell, it felt a bit uncomfortable at times. Opening windows at night helped, but then sunlight flooded in.

Great location, close to both the city center and Connemara. Clean and spacious rooms with private bathrooms.- Helpful and responsive staff.
The lack of air conditioning during a warm spell made the rooms uncomfortably hot. The automatic extractor fans in the bathrooms were noisy and took a long time to turn off, disrupting sleep.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, clean facilities, great for families, convenient location.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Loved the free WiFi, it was great for scrolling through my social media feeds while sitting in the fitness room. The 24-hour front desk was super handy for all my late-night requests. And the terrace in the garden was a lovely spot for pretending to be posh.
Oh, and the lack of air conditioning was just fabulous, especially during that delightful 30° heatwave. Who needs cool air when you can sweat like a pig?

I had a fantastic stay at The Westwood Apartments in Galway. The apartments were spacious and each room had its own ensuite bathroom, which was a great plus for privacy. The staff was incredibly helpful and skillfully fixed a broken door lock within 15 minutes of my arrival. The rooms and kitchen were very clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a small supermarket just a short walk away. the hotel provided excellent cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and helpful staff.
Nothing negative to say.

We had a great stay at the Westwood Apartments. The location was perfect for both exploring the city and heading out to Connemara. The apartment itself was only a few years old and in excellent condition. The showers were fantastic and the apartment was spacious with everything we needed. The on-site amenities, like the games rooms and cinema, were a nice bonus. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay.
One small issue we encountered was with the automatic extractor fans in the bathrooms. They stayed on for quite a long time, which could be a bit noisy at night.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
